Being a third-party partner doesn’t just mean managing projects, delivering services or producing goods. For many years now, we’ve worked alongside Clementoni SpA, a heritage company based in Recanati, in the heart of the Marche region, renonwed around the world for its educational toys. A “neighbor” in every sense, with which we share not just geographic roots but a vision and a common set of values.
As supplier and partner, Kriladesign has recently signed Clementoni’s “Commitment to Gender Equality Principles”, initiative promoted by the company within its path toward the related certification under the UNI/PdR 125:2022 guidelines. An invitation we accepted with pleasure, believing in what it stands for.
Though we are a local manufacturing company with a tight-knit team and streamlined structure, we believe every organization, no matter its size, has a role to play in fostering fair, respectful and inclusive workplaces. Signing this commitment isn’t just a formality for us, but it reflects the path we’ve chosen: placing people at the center, enhancing skills diversity, promoting mutual respect and equal opportunities.
