Family & Team

First and foremost, Kriladesign is a family, the Filipponi family. Giuliano and Edelwais, together with their kids Federico and Beatrice, who practically grew up with and in the company.
It’s a solid, close-knit team built around key figures, but over time it’s also welcomed new collaborators and fresh perspectives.
Alongside the involvement of professionals from fields connected to ours, the team builds meaningful relationships within the local community, working closely with other local businesses and with schools/universities to welcome young students in training. From these enriching encounters spark new ideas, projects and products.

Founder Tecnostampa and Kriladesign

Giuliano Filipponi

In 1978, together with his life partner and wife Edelwais, he founds Tecnoplastica, the company from which Kriladesign will rise. Former competitive marathon runner with a winning past, he’s never truly hung up his running shoes, nor his drive to keep moving forward. Researching, exploring, inventing: that’s his true calling. With deep expertise in plastic molding and lighting systems, he brings decades of hands-on knowledge to the companies he works with. His dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed. In 1989, the President of the Italian Republic awarded him the title of Maestro del Lavoro, while in 2019, the city of Recanati honored him for 40 years of entrepreneurial activity.
Deeply connected to his land and to nature, he continues to study it, learn from it and treat it with care and respect. Better not interrupt him during his meditation pause, before diving headfirst into his next Pythagorean Archimedean idea!

Beatrice Filipponi

After completing her technical diploma, Beatrice keeps on her education path specializing in both Marketing area and in Quality Management, choosing to bring her skills and energy into the family business. Naturally reserved, she still embraces the challenge of stepping into a front-facing role, and even more. Alongside handling key commercial responsibilities, she shares the day-to-day running of the company with her father and brother, moving with ease between the lab, the office, and the showroom.
Outside the workplace, Beatrice finds joy in giving back through volunteer work and following her love for Argentine tango. She’s deeply connected to her roots in Le Marche, has a curious spirit for travel, enjoys horseback riding and adores spending time with pet friends.

Federico Filipponi

Federico too is writing his own chapter in the family’s entrepreneurial story. Alongside Beatrice, he grows up surrounded by machines, materials and hands-on experimentation; and after completing his studies, he chooses to stay on this path, building solid experience directly in the field. His place is in the workshop, working side by side with his father Giuliano, especially on production planning and the development of technological solutions. With his practical, technical mindset, he manages projects and client needs with a clear goal in mind: delivering top quality and maximum efficiency.
Federico is also a passionate outdoorsman and sports enthusiast, with a special love for water polo, mountaineering… and his motorbike.
