New life and new light to the Orangerie in Villa Koch

All project are special, but some of them take us to places of extraordinary beauty and precious value, that we are so lucky to have just around the corner. We are talking about Villa Koch, in Recanati, jewel of the liberty-neoclassical style of the mid 18 century, fruit of Gaetano Koch's genius (the architect of capital Rome), we are talking about a historic, artistic and natural heritage, officially recognized. Villa Koch has chosen Kriladesign to bring new light and new life to an enchanting corner of its structure: the Orangerie. As Fabrizio Monaldi, owner & event manager, kindly explains, this project devoted to the orangerie and its unique structure comes from the need to recover and saving it from decay, thanks to a reinforcement work. The environment will host a variety of events, from wedding to aperitifs or private dining and it is ideal for hosting imperial tables so in harmony with the verticality of the structure. Kriladesign team has therefore studied a light concept made to not distort in any way the atmosphere and to offer the best functional and aesthetic performance, according to the destination decided by the property. The lighting system allows a diffusion able to integrate itself, in the most natural way, with the surrounding environment, in the meantime emphasizing the peculiar architectural details, the line of the vaults or the closing elements, such as the French windows.
